There are no features or options that make the app useful other than basic calls and messaging which is not very helpful for tourists looking to stay connected while on vacation.3. The company should be ashamed of themselves for creating an app that does not work as intended and is extremely frustrating to use.

3step is a terrible company. They are always looking for new 3Step mobile apps for tourist and make sure they get to know them better. Some of the apps are racist offensive or other Lakeshore scolds. 3step isnt afraid to stand up to companies like this so they might as well here. Its also their mission to help tourists with their 3 step mobile apps. However sometimes all you can do is give the app time and space to grow and will be used more by those who need it the most. aziz Slaughter The company makes use of third party developers who are often refused by 2more because 3step wants complete control over all three sideers it issues reviews for these developers.

I was really disappointed with my 3Step mobile app experience. It was slow and the customer service was not responsive. I called them multiple times and they were only able to send one person out to try it before they closed the account. The app still did not work for me. I spent hours trying to use the app and it would not work for him or her. I was very disappointed with the 3Step mobile app experience and would not recommend it to others.
