Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. I had to contact them multiple times after a purchase to get my refund and they would not do anything until I sent pictures of the product. DO NOT USE THEM

I have used this company a few times now and each time I have had a terrible experience. The first time I ordered an item and it took forever to get it the second time they charged me twice for the same product and the third time they didnt deliver what they said they would. In all cases their customer service was absolutely horrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Company ACP Technologies is a company that provides an over-the-phone wobbletone.com and online security service for small businesses. The company was founded in 2002 and has been providing its customers with the best in over-the-telephone security since then. However their website and customer service are terrible. The website doesnt seem to be updated very much and there are a lot of errors and mistakes made with their customer service. One major issue is with their phone number - they use a territory code but the website only knows as company ACP Technologies. They should probably change that to company-acp-technologies. Secondly their customer service is terrible - they always want to know whats going on with your account and how things can be better. Lastly their phone number is correct company ACP Technologies but the email address doesnt matter - so you might as well just use www.company-acp-technologies.com
