After reading through the review it seems as though many people have had the same experience as me - that Axcess IT is a scam. I would strongly advise anyone who has not yet received their order from Axcess IT to do so now and avoid any further dealings with this company.

is a scamIm sorry to say that I had a negative experience with Axcess IT.co.uk. They purported to be in the business of dry cleaning software laundry software POS system but were instead selling a scam. Their salesman was very convincing and promised me a great deal if I agreed to buy their product. However after I received the product it did not work as promised - it kept crashing and lacked many important features. In addition their customer service was terrible - they never replied to my emails or returned phone calls. Overall this company is not worth your time or money - avoid them at all costs

has no idea what theyre doing.I recently bought a dry cleaner from this company and was extremely disappointed in their lack of knowledge about the software they were selling. The dry cleaner had terrible performance and I couldnt get it to work at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
