I have had two problems with blackvt.com in the past month. The first was a request for my name and address because they were looking for new customers to sign up with. The second was an email that said my account was frozen and I needed to change my password again. Both issues are easily resolved through the customer service phone number I received the first problem. However when I tried to change the password on blacknovatexchanger a program created by BlackVT Technologies Custom Software Enterprise Solutions it wouldnt let me do it without reading its instructions which were literally just change your password. If youre looking for an business that is will help you out during this time then definitely try using their customer service number instead of all these comments from someone who has never worked there before
