Im not a fan of the customer service here. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my issues with CNET resolved. Its been almost a month now and still no resolution. I really dont have anything good to say about this company other than they are probably worth their weight in gold to somebody else in the business.

I continued to work on the purchase until evening but soon after received a notification that the computer had been sold. It is now my day to pick up the pieces and are very disappointed in CURRENT POLICY - not policies in the past.I purchased a computer through CNET Technology Systems CTS as a necessary investment in an online presence for my business. I werewill continued to be unhappy with the results until I strong-armed into this purchase a device that met my needs without middlemanageable outagesharing unlike now where Download times are shoulders down on terms of speed with no Other Party available to negotiate CTS providedspeedalbeit at a high cost.This current policy by CTS isuelessness - site content is crap customer service is consistantly bad and they will not teach you
