does not have a customer service number or contact information on their website.I contacted Cobalt about my recent experience with them and was extremely dissatisfied with the response. I had to call multiple times before they finally got back to me and it took forever. The customer service rep was very unprofessional and did not seem interested in helping me whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I just entered my first customer base and all I can find are negative reviews for Cobalt.net. The reason I am saying this is because I have been using this company for a little under two years now and the quality of their software has not changed one iota. My customers have always been happy with their purchases but Cobalt.net makes it very difficult to give them anything but feedback that they need to improve on their software development process. For example they started selling a bare-bones version of their software once and then stopped providing any new features except for about six months later when they simply replaced the entire bottom line with a new expensive plan. Cobalt.net is no longer worth your time or money.

.I started using Cobalt.net in early 2017 when my Dynamics CRM was first released. I had a few years of experience in the customer service and system admin role within my organization so I was excited to start managing and resolving issues that my customers faced. However all was not perfect with Cobalt.net when I first joined the platform. My skills were blend of a previous job that I had worked on customer service and I were not the best at problem solving Dynamics CRM is. For example I was given the task of creating a new Model with a New Name and Profile for my current role as C-level Manager but did not find any solution that worked well enough on my part. The process ended up taking quite some time because model creation and management tasks are very data intensive and more often than not I was working with models that were either created or managed by others in the company.
