Do not use this company. They are terrible at everything. Ive used them for both tech support and warranty service and each time it has been a disaster. The tech support was particularly bad - they would never answer my questions or provide any help whatsoever. The warranty service was even worse - they would never honor their promises and in the end just gave me a refund instead of fixing the issue. Do not bother using them at all - you will be very disappointed.

I was this companys customer service person and I do not recommend them. They have a bad attitude and is always happy to help themselves. If you dont have their phone number or they are not able to help you in a timely manner they will try to fix the issue for you even if it means taking care of everything for you. But overall I did not enjoy my experience with them.

I just got my new Lumextech Solutions card and was so excited to be able to do business with such a quality company. But I have had several problems with my card and its been negative more than once. The most recent one is on 070915 - Negative for having 10 of your sales revenue appricated as soon as you have the first sale. Im not being serious - this is more than two weeks ago. Let me tell you what it has been likeIve had at least five different cards in the past from this company and all of them have been negative. This company seems to be only known for selling cards with problems.They also seem to not get able to handle customer service or even make sense of things which is why Ive given them 0 stars on every page they have because I cant stand their customers service. Protocols are convoluted and hard to understand especially when youre trying to do
