Nomad online is a complete scam. The company is nothing more than an online scam where you are told that you can order AV systems and receive them within a few weeks. In reality the systems never arrive and you end up having to pay for them entirely from your own pockets. Do not do any business with Nomad online

Do not use this company Do not even think about it. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I have had to contact them multiple times because my equipment was broken and they would not help me fix it or send a replacement. The whole experience has been awful. Avoid this company if you can

However their customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers or their needs. The staff is only interested in making money for the owner of the company. There is no support or Lakeside affiliated status which makes it difficult to even get started with your experience on NomadOnline.com.If youre looking for a business that provides commercial audio visual solutions for small businesses then I would recommend avoiding this company instead of helping them succeed.

NomadOnline is a terrible company. I just got my delivery of my new Nomad Online Audio Visual Systems-2 newest model. I was so excited to use them because I love the old NomadAV systems so much. Unfortunately this time the problem was not with the companies staff but with the product itself. The new NomadAV systems are absolutely terrible and will allow you to only record and play back audio and video for about 60 seconds at a time before having to pm someone to start playing back the entire system at once.astelythescience Jan 21 2017I recently bought two of these nomadonline.com audio visual systems and they are beautiful However the first one we had problems with. One was that it would keep changing our sound quality into another high end market place where it should have been able to fit perfectly in our budget. Help needed Then we had another issue with our video feed being properly blocked by the first system

I have had two units recently and they were immediately unreliable. One went back to the beginning and never came back up again while the other one started just by going into a hold and taking off even though it was turned off. Im not sure what is more frustrating--the device getting forgotten about or the user interface being flaking out due to lack of carelessness.
