I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are complete idiots and do not understand how the internet works. I have had to call them multiple times because they keep telling me something different about my order and then when I finally get it it is not what I thought it was. Absolute waste of time and money.

I have had to go through multiple rounds of support with them because they never seem to get it right. Overall avoid this company if you can - theyre not worth your time or money.

The company has no clear idea of what theyre doing and it seems like they dont have much of an online presence at all. Additionally there are several complaints about the service itself - many users say that its quite slow and doesnt always work as intended. Overall this isnt a great experience if youre looking for a remote business solution.

I have had a terrible experience with ReachHq.com. I was promised a 100 rebate for my first purchase but never received it. The second time I was told the rebate would be sent by email but never arrived. Finally I received a notice that my rebate was cancelled because of an accounting error - not reachhqs fault Overall this company is a scam and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
