I have had the pleasure of using Rotentech for a few months now and absolutely no positive experience. The service is slow and the support is lackadaise. I have tried every single help message and question related to rotentech.com in the last month or so and I have not been able to find an answer that works for me. I have also tried sending messages through the customer service line but they are all unanswered or just unhelpful. Overall I am very unhappy with Rotentech and would not recommend it to anyone.
