I used this company for our IT needs. The first time I dealt with them was terrible. The guy who tried to help me was very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about his job. He told me that he couldnt do anything because the company had someone else taking care of IT services which wasnt true at all Second time around I talked to a different person who was more helpful and seemed to care about what he did. Unfortunately after months of working with this company I have yet to receive any help from them whatsoever. Theyre just not worth your time or money.

I have had two issues with singlepointoc.com in the past few months. 1 Ive had a message from customer service telling me that I needed to change my account password twice - veryoretically I could have but they said more likely an event that happened after I created my new account. 2 After using singlepointoc.com for years I found out that their website is actually run by a company called CorePrivet and they dont do anything better than take advantage of customers who are happy with their services - just getting close to them is enough to get them up and running like this. More than a few people have told me theyre not satisfied with what theyre seeing on singlepointoc.com and its very frustrating.
