The customer service was absolutely terrible and they would not honor their promise to do anything about it. They did not even respond to my messages after I sent them. I have used this company numerous times and they always seem to do a great job. However their recent work on my home is terrible. They replaced all of the flooring in my house with cheap plywood that doesnt hold up well at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had a repairman service service on my shoes and he found a lot of nicks and cuts on my shoes. I was really angry and demanded that the service be stopped. I even sent an email to customer service asking them to stop the repairman from Service. At first I thought it was just a minor error but now I know it was necessary to have the repairman stop the service. Thank you for your consideration
