I found this company to be extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They promised me a system that would save me time and money but instead they delivered a system that was much more expensive and took much longer to complete than I had anticipated. Additionally their employees were incredibly unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for the quality of their product. Overall this experience was very unpleasant and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The website is very outdated and my software order arrived after a week of being promised Additionally the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and uncooperative. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SouthwestCopy.com is a completely different company than I was expecting. The website is bare of information on what you need to do to use the site. There is not a one-stop-shop section for installation or customer service where you can go to get help with an install. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to send someone over to your place. However after speaking with them it seems like they have their hands full trying to figure out how to make this site work better. The only thing thats worked out well so far is the fact that we are able to make use of the gas station near us I would not recommend this site or its users to others.
