I was this companys customer service person for a while. I did not like what I had seen online. I also did not like how their customer service was always dry. So I decided to give them a try from now on. Let me tell you what I found to be wrong with their service 1 The support line was never very helpful or quick- the best way to get help is to speak to a professional2 The support line seems to only care about big companies and the money they make- so if youre not the only one looking for help you may have some trouble finding someone who is3 The email communication was bad- it takes quite some time before somebody responds to an email and when they do they usually do something different from what has been asked of them in the phone call 4 The phone calls were always hostile andanicasaccharine5 All of these issues come together to create a
