I have had a terrible experience with t3infosystems.com. First of all they are very expensive and the service is not that great either. Secondly their products are terrible. I got a software licence for my company which was not what I wanted and it was really hard to get help from customer service because they were so busy trying to sell me more licences Finally the whole thing came apart after only a few months and I lost everything data that was stored on there... wouldnt recommend this company at all

"I Have Used T3 Infosystems For Many Years"
T3 Information Systems, Review Specifics:
I have used T3 Infosystems for many years now and have never had a problem. However recently I switched to RSM because they do a better job of customer service than any other company Ive used in the past. Unfortunately my experience with T3 has not been as good as it was before. The support team is always very slow to respond and their customer service is often inadequate.

The team is atmosphere was so great in addition to the system they are really putting into things is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will continue to do so even if their isnt another company like T3 Information Systems out there.The user has worked with T3 Information Systems for about 4 months and has found that they are still going through the process of learning how to use technology better than we are. There is so much work that does not stop until you think about it which sometimes is what has happened with this company. But overall the employees are very welcoming and take care of customers whether they be small or large young or old.
