However if someone who membership wants to join the group and is not field-tested before becoming a member then company teaming is not the best choice for them. The app has no way of knowing if the person who you want to join your group is already test-tested and will be able to attend your events successfully. This is especially true if youre not keeping track of everyone who becomes a member of your teamings network.

I recently worked for Teamating Solutions and I must say I was Antoniosslippery dream. First he made me an equal or more often than not which was great when he had his personal events planned out which he always did and then to keep up with the latest trends which he never did. Of course this created another problem-he would usually say something nice about someone or their business after meeting them only to turn around and dismissive in the next meeting. It was clear that he wasnt motivated to learn and would let everyone know how much they impacted his business rather than looking at the whole picture. The last thing we needed were more people who cared about teamings success but were also interested in Antonios own. If youre looking for a pure team builder then you will not get anything from him.
