The customer service is terrible and often times Ive had to go beyond the reach of the phone number to get help. Generally speaking I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I have had techmatesgroup.com for a little over a year now and I can say that they are of a very low quality. The customer service is terrible and they never seem to be on top of things. The their customer service guy is really bad at his job and he never seems to be able to get his customers what he wants. All of the customer service questions that I ask are met with Im not sure or I dont know. Then there are the products themselves. They always seem to me like overpriced nothing- pedals Amplifiers Jordans etc etc . I have since removed my review from company techmatesgroup.com because I think that its negative and Manor should be held accountable for his lack of skills in customer service.
