This company is complete garbage. I have never had any issues with them until now which is when my account was Suspended without warning. This happened after I tried to order a product they did not have in stock and then canceled the order because I could not get hold of their customer service person. They do not even seem to care about their customers

I subscribed to this company because they offer a free trial. I was very disappointed with their products and services. The sales representative told me that their enterprise systems integration unit would be able to help me get started without any problems. However after trying to use the unit I found that it did not work at all. The representative said that the problem was my computer and not the unit itself. Additionally their customer service is terrible. They do not respond to phone calls or emails even when they are sent from different addresses. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company twotrees.com is a complete scam. The sales representative told me that I could get a massive discount on my new software if I bought their product. She was also very pushy and tried to make me buy the product before she gave me any information about it. In reality the product is not even worth buying because it does not do anything different from other software products out there. Save your money and dont waste your time with this company.

I purchased a computer and a mouse from here because I was need for both. The computer was problems right away. customer service said dont worry its just the way the new hardware is made. Ive been buying things from here for like 4 months and not a single issue has hemmed up. Then I decided to take my time of this pain point and found out that there is no successors left in the company after this purchase. So now Im giving them two weeks to find someone who can help me with their issues because I dont know what else to do.
