"ArkinSoftware Is A Terrible Company. They Provide No Support"

ArkinSoftware is a terrible company. They provide no support no training and no extra services. Ive had to call in on them multiple times because of poor performance by their software and they never offer a Solutions Edition or a fix. Its been years since Ive needed help with any issue with my computer.This particular customer has also had himsles with his computer for years now and ArkinSoftware has never given him a solution or a fixI have spent hours trying to get this company to do anything... nothing works out of the box and they give me nothing in return... just more troubleThe user has possession of an Apple laptop with an Microsoft Windows operating system and is using it for business purposes. He requires full use of ArkinSoftwares features for legacy software modernization services e.g. automatic update manual updates etc.. However due to high demand from his clients who require these services as well as limited resources
