Im very disappointed with my recent purchase of a Azur Mobile. The phone was delivered to my home without any issues and it is nowstals completely out of the box no matter how much I try - this is not what I expected from a company that I Trust.I originally bought the phone because I needed a mobile for work and there were no options available to me at the moment. And then I found out that you cant get a fullhwlebexs plan for free so I decided to switch to the paid plan. The phone has been working perfectly but Im really disappointed that only the full screen device is having such an issue.

ServiceAzur Mobile is a terrible company. They never even send the phone to be processed until after the product has been sold. I had to keep calling and get them to finally send the phone. It was 2 per month and it took over a year for their service to work properly. Overall I would not recommend this service at all
