.Ive had two problems with ingima.com in as much as they never seems to get the problems right. The first was a phone I paid for - it wouldnt stay on call and would go down one day at 2am. Id say their customer service is maybe where they need to improve. Theyre not the best by any means but they do something about it. The other problem was a person that lived in the same city and company went completely crazy over little things - like on top of her house there being an extra room that she said was worth 50000. She said shed spend all her money on things she doesnt have and put up with ourrehends from now on. Thats your customer serviceIm not saying this company is terrible just their customer service isnt amazing. But when youre talking about millions of dollars thats been spent on something like this and you cant take care of it enough
