Plus the customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times and always receive incredibly rude responses. Avoid this company at all cost

The resolution color accuracy and other features were all wrong for the type of device I ordered it for. Save your time and money and dont order from this company ever again.

I used to work for this company and I can say without a doubt that they are not as simple as they seem. The Digital product company I worked for was extremely complicated and it took forever to figure out how everything worked. This company is clearly not up to date with the latest technology which makes their products even more difficult to use.

I have just returned from my first day of work today after a week of Ready Willing andimble at the Model 3. I am very pleased with my purchasesimply because Make It Simple had the software I need readily available on their website. I was frazzled and couldnt get out of theircraft without help from someone who said they were there to help. Now that Im fixed up again I feel much better about having bought the software.
