I was this companys customer service rep for 6 months. I was Provided with a new phone every month but never received my old one back. I called them multiple times and they would not take the old one into account. Then I started having problems with my current phone as well...nothing was more important to me than my phone number 1 and i were very disappointed that we could not help you because our number was also being used by another customer We are business issIm sorry to hear that and we appreciate your complaints If you havent had any luck with our company before please let us know if you need specific assistance from us or from someone else in the industry. I have had the good fortune of working with this company for a little over a year now. I have to say that I have been and still am disappointed with most of the products and services they have offering. However this particular product is definitely the worse. Its called Rise Digital Media and its an absolute disaster. From the moment you sign up for their service to the day youre finally connected to the internet there is no hope. The only hope is to find another digital media company that could beat this product to market like Rise Digital Media has done.
