Unfortunately the company has poor customer service and isavegely unprofessionalism with their employees. Some of the things that they have done that I would like to ask for them to improve upon are1. Better customer service. They have an employee named John who is very unprofessional and doesnt seem to care about his customers. He takes advantage of their patience and makes it difficult for customers to keep up with the constantly updated software.2. Improved customer service. Another name for this word might be customer service but its not exactly what I am thinking of. This individual should be made more aware of how their actions affect customers who provide polite comments but do not take ownership for the problem.3. Improve technology management. One area where they could use better technology management

I just opened this companys account and all of a sudden my computer is constantlymareing. Its like they dont know how to use Windows 10 or something Im out 80 every time it happens and its getting worse and worse. Ive been paying them for over two weeks now and nothing has happened except for the computer keeps cutting off right before the errors are shown on the screen. Im really concerned about what is happening here.
