I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by SharpBrains.co.uk. The tech support was unhelpful and unable to help me with my computer issue. They also charged me an absurd amount of money for their services which I could not even use because I did not have the problem that they claimed they would solve. Overall this company is a waste of your time and money.

I had a terrible experience with SharpBrains. I started a conversation with my representative and he said that they would never recommend someone to go there because of the companys other businesses. Im not sure what she was asking for specific so she didnt say. But it was some sort of information about how the company does business that we found offensive. We wont use them anymore because they are this bad.
