10a.io is a company that I was very excited to use my software on. After using them for a few months I realized that they were not up to par. The programs were high priced and the customer service was non-existent. I found it difficult to get through their customer service line of communication. Plus the products they offered were not always what I needed or wanted. Overall I did not have the best experience with 10a.io.

Company 10a.io is a company that I found through Google search results. I am not sure if this company is reputable or not but I decided to check it out.My first experience with 10a.io was very short and negative. This company makes terrible products and they are never willing to take back what they have made. If you want your money back you need to be quick because these people are always here to take your money.1 The account I used was created in the past without proper security measures in place 2 The content on the website was unoriginal andcloneable 3 The customer service was terrible 4 There wasnt a lot of innovation in the product 5 Corey the CEO was amazing but he had no impact on the product

This company is a bad one. 10a.io is all about human centering digital products. But really anything that wants to be an digital product in the business of 10A - Human Centered Digital Products - is welcome - especially if it can meet their expectations for quality and customer service. But 10a.io was not like other companies - it was actually doing things well. And thats what caught our attention.We started looking at their product and thendepth 3 years ago and theyve still got it now with recent changes. Their product is still good value for money when you compare it to other companies. Their customer service is great too which is something we appreciate a lot. Overall we are happy to have them as part of our team and we hope they stay here for many years to come.The company has recently changed a lot of the time zones so there may be different users who work in different times zonesThe company
