I sent an email to their support team and was politely but firmly told that I would not be receiving my order because they were out of stock on the product I ordered. To make matters worse my order arrived way before it was supposed to and I received a completely different product than what I ordered Needless to say this experience is not going to recommend 19 Ideas to anyone.
