They charge an exorbitant amount of money for services that are essentially worthless. Their customer service is also nonexistent and unhelpful. Overall do not bother using 1plus1tech.com

They are actually a user of what is known as The Web Platform - a platform that allows for groups to share resources and access support information from websites or applications. This made me believe that 11 may be a more reputable company than they are. Unfortunately their website does not reflect this and I was able to find no other information about them on the web platform. The companys site has a doodle logo next to a 1 in the URL field.
