The agentur only responds to messages that are sent through their chatbot which is very slow and inconvenient. Additionally the website does not work at all so its even more frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not a huge fan of 247Grad.de its in the business of 247GRAD and I dont think their services are very good. They offer cheap rates for courses but their customer service is terrible and theyre always changing their policies without warning. I wouldnt recommend using them.

This company is a total disaster. My name isredacted and we have always been working to make our customers the first in on the digital market. But it seems that this might not be enough. We now offer services that allow you to get your money back no questions asked. What more can you sayI am not sure what kind of customer service 247grad.de offers but they are clearly not up to date with the digital age. They provide no value for your money and often just helpelcome people who need help with their digital lives - which is usually someone who wants to stay connected with their past life. I for one would never recommend this company to anyone.

I started getting letters from them asking me to pay money to be my agent when in fact I never received any money from them.
