Im not sure what the problem is but I think it needs to be addressed. Our company has been using 247tec for over 10 years and we have never had such terrible customer service. Every time we have to go through their website or contact them in person they are always response in a slow fashion. They should be able to move quickly and get back to customers as soon as possible.
