Then they said my internet connection was bad and needed to be fixed. Finally they said my hard drive was corrupted and needed to be replaced. All of these claims were made without any evidence or proof whatsoever. Do not believe anything that these people say

.com is a complete scamDo not do business with 24hourtek.com they are a complete scam. The first time I contacted them they said that my computer was having technical difficulties and would need to be brought in for repair. After leaving messages and waiting on hold for over an hour I finally received a call back from them telling me that the problem wasnt with my computer but rather with their equipment and that I could come in for free. So I went ahead and came in and after spending an hour trying to fix my computer which didnt work at all gave up and told them that I wouldnt be coming back because it was just too much trouble. Do not even think about using this company
