Unfortunately I was disappointed. 1 The software is not easy to use and 2 the support staff is not anytime responsive. I have already left multiple messages with them and will continue to do so until they improve their customer service.

They said they would send a new stone right away but then never sent anything else is rubbernecking me it until now. Save your money and leave before you get really angry at 3-dtechnology.com
