I have never had a good experience with this company. I was contacted by their customer service to say that my account had been charged for something that wasnt even booked as an appointment. Their customer service is unhelpful and unyielding and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is a total scam. I was informed by 360advanced.com that they are the best in the business and that they can help me with my security needs. However after I placed my order I found out that their services are nothing more than a scam. They dont actually provide any real security solutions and their prices are extortionate. Do not bother ordering from them - you will be much better off without them

I just got a letter from the police departments of two different cities telling me that I need to change my last name to 360 if I want to be a part of their team. My old name was too long and had so many years in the past. The new name didnt even exist This is not how we do things here at 360advanced.comPlease be careful with your email and never send anyone anything that they cant handle themselves

I just got a 7 day free trial of 360 Advanced Cybersecurity and Compliance and to be honest Im not long-staffed with good customer service skills. The first time I tried to do a phone call to 360 Advanced my phone rang multiple times and I was really frustrated because I had work that day. The next time I tried to order a product online it took for ever to come through on their website. I ended up spending the whole day trying to get a product for my office that I ordered years ago and then the very next day by coincidence my phone rang again. The process was so frustrating that I gave up and stopped using 360 Advanced in favor of other companies.
