I would not recommend 360degreecloud.com to anyone due to the fact that they are a scam company. They promise you help with Salesforce implementation but in reality they will do nothing more than try to rip you off. I was promised 100 for my time and never received anything close to that amount. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not happy with 360degreecloud.com because their services are not worth the money. I have never been able to get my Salesforce implementation company support service to work properly and every time I email them they just send me a automated message back saying that I need to create an account and then contact them for help. They also dont seem to be very responsive in person either--Ive sent multiple emails and telephone calls over the past year or so without any response from them. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not a satisfied customer with 360degreecloud.com. I was extremely disappointed when I discovered that their sales representatives were only interested in selling me implementation services. They did not provide any information about the company or their services which made it difficult to make a decision about whether or not to go ahead with the purchase. Additionally their prices were very high for what they provided and there was no guarantee that my service would be implemented successfully.

360degreecloud.com provides poor customer service. I am not sure why the company offers this service but when I asked for a refund there was no response. I had to go through their customer service email to ask for a refund. However there was no answer there either. I had to contact the owner himself and even he couldnt find out what was going on.
