I would not recommend 360smartnet.com to anyone they are just terrible at their job and cant seem to do anything right. I had two different IT support people that came out and both said the same thing - the techs couldnt find a single issue with my computer that wasnt caused by something 360smartnet did wrong. They also said there was no way to fix the issue without spending hours on end which isudicrous because my computer is old and needs attention anyway Save your time and money and go elsewhere for your IT needs.

360smartnet.com is terrible Ive had two different people from this company come to my home and try to do some sort of work on my computer that I dont even know exists because the website says it does. They keep telling me its fixed and that I need to send them pictures of the problem but no matter what I do they cant seem to fix it. The last time they came they said my computer was infected and needed to be replaced because it was crashing all the time. If youre looking for a company that will just give you a bill and not help you out look elsewhere

I just got my computer replaced by 360smartnet. I have had it serviced before and it never really mattered. This time they were out of SERVICE The customer service person told me that I needed 360 Smarttech or else I would have to pay for it myself. Im a small business owner and I dont need their shoddy service. Do not bother with this company.
