"I Just Bought A Domain Name"
39 DEGREES NORTH (39north), Review Specifics:
I just bought a domain name from 39dn.com and I was really excited to use it. But then something terrible happened. The domain name never worked out and we were forced to go back to the original provider. Were very small business so we dont have a lot of money to do much anyway and we were lose over 1000 already We are currently using the ArcGIS Online service and it is working great except for one thing. The domain name did not work out for our company. We tried customer service but they only had 1-2 people available to help us out. They also said that maybe if we used a different domain name we could try but in the end it was too late now and we need to get a new domain name

I was this companys customer for many years. They were always very good to me and never got caught up in the business of ArcGIS. Unfortunately they have since become other companies customers and are not as responsive to their Classic users. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
