"I Just Opened Up Customer Service And Found Out"
3E Consulting, Inc., Review Specifics:
I just opened up customer service and found out that I received a warning about a message I sent on 3ECONDoi.com after complaining about their service. The message was in response to a question from one of my clients about our 2nd year project. I immediately clicked on the message and discovered that it had been deleted from my computer. Im very sorry that I had to go through customer service to get this information out there.

I just returned from three days of work at 3E consulting. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had in business. The person who took care of me was polite and efficient but all through our conversation she wished her assistant so many times that it felt as if she were a bother. Not good when youre trying to get things done or getting someones attention is anything but easy.
