I have been a customer of 3eyetech for about two years now and I am very disappointed with the level of service they provide. The first issue I had was with their handling of my warranty claim. They were not willing to take the time to go through their warranty process and instead offered me a voucher for a future purchase. Secondly their products are not worth the price they charge. I have tried many different mobility solutions and this is the only one that has worked well for me so far.
