1 Do not use this company if you want your computer to work correctly. I had a laptop that wouldnt start so I called 3nom and they said it was my battery that needed to be replaced. After putting in the new battery the laptop still wouldnt start They said it was because of their software and didnt even offer to help me fix it. Save yourself the trouble and just dont use this company2 This company is terrible. My computer crashed and they charged me for something I never even did. And then when I tried to get my money back they would only give me a check for 100 Save yourself time and money by not using these guys at all
