Im not happy with my experience at 3points.com. The customer service was great but the problems were much bigger than the issues I experienced. I had a problem with my password and they were able to help me out quickly. However the issue was much larger than just a password issue- it was a security issue They were able to fix the security issue while we were on the phone together but it was a huge pity that they had to do it in such a hurry. The companys main focus should be on solving problems instead of providing false hope and help people who call them up.

I have had the pleasure of working with 3points.com in the past when it was a small company that needed to stay afloat while its more established companies looked to offshore their IT work. So I know what it takes to be a part of this company and I was not disappointed The people here are passionate about their work and really take care of each and every employee. The customer service is amazing too The only downside is that it feels like sometimes things go wrong and it can be very frustrating when they do. But overall I have no complaints about 3points.com - they are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an great customer service experience

I was this companys primary customer in the business for over a year. They always looked out for my well-being and did me courthouses favor. However now that Im older and have my own home they are left to their own devices. Ive had to tuck myself into a privacy program at work so that I cant be used as a example to other employees. Instead of being grateful for their service I now appreciate their ability to leave me alone when Im working on my own days off. -- DreI was this companys primary customer in the business for over a year.
