This company is terrible. I have been a customer for over a year and my service has never been better but then they start giving me problems. First of all their support is terrible. They dont know how to do anything and their responses are slow. Second of all they charge an arm and a leg for what they provide. Finally the quality of their service is horrible. Their website isnt very user-friendly and their customer service is even worse.

I just got my computer replaced by 3rtnetworks.com and I was so excited to do so but unfortunately it didnt go as planned. The service was terrible and we had to redo our entire order because of this one issue. Overall not a great experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved to Wisconsin and 5 days after arriving I received a letter from company 3rtnetworks.com stating that they are now available in the state. I have tried to get help from their customer service and the phone number doesnt work but they say to send an email. Ive also sent them pictures and videos. None of this is working. Im starting to feel like a viewer of The Office. all these crummy companies were trying to do for years and now its all over for themI dont understand what happened to 3rd party services inWisconsin or at least were not getting any support from company 3rtnetworks.com. Our computer systems are being damaged by their software and were left with limited options for information management and online presence. In fact were right there with them even though theyre still wanted posters on the internet of bad companies.
