Im not the biggest fan of company 3sharp.coms customer service. I have had to call and ask for help multiple times and it has always been this way someone is always busy other than them. I have had to type in everything Ive learned or seen on here and its so hard to find quick feedback on what everyone is saying. Ive even sent emails asking for help with stuff that Ive done and still havent received any response. Customer service should be aware of how important it is to follow up peoples comments up with actual instructionstips on how to solve the issues.
