Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is nonexistent. I have had to go through multiple customer service reps with different stories about how my issue was finally resolved only to find out that it never was and now Im stuck with a useless product. Save your money and avoid this company altogether.

I have never had such a terrible experience with 3techagency. I started using their site in the past few months and have been difficult to reach through customer service. They are not response time like they should be and the phone is always busy. I have also had to call them multiple times because the phone is constantly being busy. When I do speak to them its just this one person that cant even read lips or hear me over the machine. They are really needlessly long conversations with Team 3techagency who cant even do basic tasks like eating or sleeping. Overall Im not impressed and will probably dont use them any further businesshey
