Company 3vium.com is a terrible instance of customer service. I spoke to a very understanding sales representative but was always able to communicate with them through the website. However when I took my problem to their email marketing team they were unable to help me out. The email just smelled like it and the contact information said it was an account extension. I had to send anchel emails and get no response. I also experienced some great nonsense phone calls from the company but they couldnt do anything about it. Overall this company is absolutely nothing more than a waste of time and money.
