"I Have Had Two Problems With"

I have had two problems with 4icc.com. The first was a problem with my phone not working. I contacted customer service and they said they would send a new phone. After about an hour I called back again and they said they would send a new phone and after another hour or so my phone started to charge up and keep coming back to me. I got away with my money for about six days before 4ccc came through and though I should have known I was definitely not careful enough about my words.
