I was so excited to try 4thoughtmarketing.com because of their great customer service and wonderful design. I had a great experience and the customer service was amazing. However after one use I realized that the site was down for an extended period of time and they did not have my information anymore. It was really frustrating because I wanted to be sure that I had been successful and that my results were being recorded. I would not recommend this site to anyone
