The man who I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and he made it clear that he only wanted me to pay him for his work not for my own time. In addition the website is incredibly confusing and difficult to use. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The latest project is definitely one that will be with me for a long time. It is definitely the wrong decision being made when setting up this project. The first step in any software development project is needed person to person so it is important than company 52ndsolution.net takes the necessary steps to make sure that their projects are completed efficiently and quickly. However doing so can take weeks or even months depending on the complexity of the project and what needs to be done before start. In my case they started developing my new marketing software solution only to find out that my original project was delayed until later this year. Therefore I was essentially left holding the bag while company 52ndsolution.net moves on with their current crew and you can imagine the other challenges they must face in order to bring

I am not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they might be good at software development and bad at consultant work. I have used their services for a while now and have had issues with them. 1 The customer service is terrible - they are always very slow in dealing with customers and 2 The customer service is simply horrible. I have had to call them multiple times a day and they never answer their phone. They seem to be only good at consultant work which means they cant be reached all the time.
