I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have good customer service and their prices are very high. I had a contractor come out to my house to try to fix the internet because it was slow and he said that it was only going to cost me 50 per month and it would be worth it because my internet is so slow now. But after talking with the manager of the company he said that if I want my internet speed increased then I have to pay an additional 100 per month which is really expensive. And even though my contract says that there is no warranty on their services they say they will honor any warranty that I have if something goes wrong. And when I asked them about the fact that my computer was still lagging a few months after they came out they said well actually we released a software update for your computer just in case you needed help but didnt mention how long it took for me to receive the update or what type of

5nines.com is a business that is in the business of online marketing and data center services. I never went through with a free trial at 5nines.com. Every time I use their website I receive an email saying my account has been created but then again I never got to see the product. I had to type out the address on the email in order to get an idea of where it is and then such but still not happy.

5nines.com is a terrible business model andagneering their way through the internet with no sense of purpose or care for their customers. Be very careful about any online purchase using 5nines.com.I was extremely disappointed with 5NINES I stumbled upon them during a search for internet services and am to say that this company is nothing more than a negative review. There are much better companies out there that do better in terms of their products andor services. I will never recommend this product or company to anyone.
