I have had a terrible experience with 6thsolution.com. I ordered some items and when they got here the boxes were all broken open and everything was missing. The customer service is absolutely awful and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought a used home security system from 6thsolution.com and it was a disaster. The system was very easy to purchase and the service was fantastic but the system himself is a disaster. Hes very slow and unhelpful. Ive had to call him several times to get help with my system and he never responds. Im probably going to lose my job if this continues.

I purchase a home security system from 6thsolution.com and it was terrible. The system would not open the box at all which is strange because it comes with a built in security system. I contacted the company and they said it was because of the nature of the business and that they would work to get a new system developed. They did not do anything to improve the current system and were very slow in getting back to me. I wouldnt recommend this company nor use them again.

6thsolution is a terrible company. They do nothing but miss opportunities and guilty himself of this while in the business. Hes always trying to make a mistake when there are so many better ways to make money than what he doing. Hes a created problem that never seems to disappear. If youre going to use 6thsolution its probably not meant as a service or home improvement site but more as an access point for security and information purposes. Theres no need for all the user-generated content pictures videos etc. That would be pointless in the real world since people get Isic HK from his ads
