.com has a terrible user review.I have never been so frustrated in my life with a company until I was stuck on a FedEx return. I had to call customer service and ask for a refund for an order that had already been shipped. They gave me the run of the office and said We only offer refunds for orders that have been shipped The worlds most important email is farther away than that 71lbs.com is also terrible at contract negotiations. They will not let youu order be completed even when you tell them your price range and what types of services it wants. They keep pushing things back until they cant do anything about it then finally agree to give me a refund instead This happened to me also. Im not sure what good it will do for me going forward.

.com has a terrible customer service experience with FedEx and UPS.I have had the opportunity to use 71lbs.com numerous times and can say that their customer service is one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. The communication is non-existent there are often errors or mistakes when trying to argue your case and most importantly - the process does not always work as intended. This was an error by the company in terms of shippinginfosfedex refused payment method which caused my package to be placed onlv after being sent via FedEx SchvY YZR 10la 71 lbs . com owes money to fed Exshowroom helped me get mypackage backbut pelican lite water bottle makes me feel like a professor
